In my sound baths I combine different instruments with sacred stillness to create a safe container in which harmony & peace within is restored. By regulating the NS through specific frequencies, we move from fright & flight into rest & digest, balancing the body’s energy centers & supporting physical, mental, and spiritual rejuvenation. Naturally promoting our body's natural healing processes.

I graduated as a Sound Healing Practitioner from the school of Natural Shamanism and am accredited by the IPHM (the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). 
During my training I spent months diving into the mystery of ancient instruments, humbled by the grace of sacred healing sound & the affects of vibration on my mind, body and spirit I am really excited to be offering one-on-one treatments to deep dive into the world of sonic mysticism.
